Clara is the backbone of the HairVenture operations. Originally trained in Advertising, Marketing, she acquired a deep, innate knowledge of brand, trends and market capture plans. She is passionate about her role and thrives on working with a such a diverse and dynamic team of people every day. Clara is also immensely proud to be a Non-For Profit leader in South Florida playing a key role for Colombian Volunteer Ladies, Manos, and supporting many more social organizations; she finds it imperative to contribute back to society and she inspires the next generation of female business leaders and entrepreneurs, by showcasing and engaging successful women from all walks of business life. Clara’s main focus is always on the clients’ experience in the salon, and her continued commitment to offering the highest level of customer care. Her friendly disposition and positive energy ensure she is always on hand to help as well as being instrumental in the organization of the reception team.
